Our Infrastructure
At Komal Fasteners, we pride ourselves on having a comprehensive range of in-house facilities to manufacture high-quality fasteners having state of the art manufacturing facility in 2,80,000 sq ft . Our capabilities include:
- Cold Forging (Bolt formers, Nut formers, Part formers, and Headers) with M6 to M25 capacity and lengths up to 250mm, producing precision bolts, nuts, lock bolts, and screws.
- Hot Forging (using induction heating) with a maximum capacity of M64 and lengths up to 1 meter, ideal for creating heavy-duty hex bolts, carriage bolts, and threaded rods.
- Heat Treatment through Continuous Mesh Belt and Shaker Hearth Continuous Electric Furnaces with full atmospheric control, ensuring the perfect hardness and durability for our lock bolts, nuts, washers, and other fasteners.
- In-house zinc electroplating (automatic alkaline plant) and hot-dip galvanizing to provide corrosion-resistant finishes for all bolts, nuts, and washers, suitable for various industries like construction, railways, and automotive.
- Fully equipped Tool Room for producing carbide toolings and dies for custom fasteners and specialty components.
- Advanced testing capabilities with our Physical Lab, Chemical Lab, and Metallurgical Lab, equipped with UTM 600kN, 400kN with servo control, Impact Testing, Profile Projector with DRO, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Hardness Tester, Spectrometer, and Alloy Analyzer for rigorous quality control and material testing.
- Sheet Metal Presses with up to 100-ton capacity for manufacturing high-strength stamped components and automotive fasteners.
- SolidWorks CAD/CAM software for designing and producing highly accurate technical drawings for custom fasteners, hex bolts, and complex components.

Our lab equipped with latest instruments facilitates in maintaining consistent high quality. Strict quality checks are done at every stage to meet the needs of most demanding industries.
Specialized Coatings
A variety of coatings are done in-house: Hot Dip Galvanizing, Mechanical Galvanizing, Zinc / Zinc- Nickel Electroplating, etc.
